Complete
concept development including site selection, design, construction, décor, entertainment, marketing strategy development
and implementation, advertising, promotions, events, corporate development, legal & accounting, municipality relations,
and general overall growth and expansion of a retro nightlife concept known as “Boogie Nights”. Expanded to 9
locations in 4 states. Listed on “America's Top 100 Concepts”. Won “Best of Chicagoland” “Best
of Houston”, “Best of Fort Lauderdale”, and “Best of St. Louis” awards for nine years in a row.
Developed "The Bamboo Room" - an Asian-themed full-service restaurant, nightclub, café,
Tiki Bar, and seven banquet rooms. 25,000 square feet. Continued all responsibilities above. Expanded The Bamboo Room concept
to 2 locations in the Chicagoland suburbs and grossed more than $7 million annually. Re-developed
"The Crockett Street Entertainment District" in Beaumont, Texas. Responsibilities included business plan development,
budgeting, construction supervision, names, concepts, design, decor, marketing, special events, and music for five existing
and new venues. The development was 35,000 square feet of interior space plus outdoor balconies, patios, a New Orleans-style
courtyard with an outdoor stage, plus the street itself for special events and street parties. Worked closely with The City
of Beaumont and Crockett Street Development Company to turn their vision into reality. Director
of Marketing & Special Projects / Baja Beach Clubs - Florida Region October 1994 - July 1996 (1 year, 9 months)
Directed the marketing planning and implementation for Baja Beach Clubs in Florida. Responsibilities included
many of the same marketing and entertainment tasks as McFaddin Ventures (below) as well as the design, construction supervision,
and opening of new properties. Opened 3 new properties. Increased same-store sales by over $2 million.
President - Founder / Enterlink Consulting - Houston, TX May 1988 - October 1994

President and Founder of Enterlink - a company that concentrated on consulting and
special projects for the hotel, restaurant, and nightclub industries. Site selection, design and construction supervision,
new openings, marketing overhauls, market research and evaluation, focus groups, and entertainment concepts. Successfully
opened or rejuvenated 38 properties. Also designed, concepted, built, owned and operated nine hospitality venues
personally during this time.

Director of Marketing & Entertainment Services (10/84 - 5/88) Planning
and implementation of all facets of marketing for 47 restaurant/nightclubs nationwide. Annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting,
strategic planning, new openings, promotion development, media development, production, and placement for the units. Entertainment
Services duties included the direct supervision of 16 in-house staff members and over 300 field entertainers and unit Marketing
Managers. In-house audio production studio, video production studio, art department, music services department, design department,
construction & installation for the units nationwide.
Member of the Strategic Planning Committee, the Design
Committee, the Marketing Committee, and The Executive Committee for the publicly-traded corporation (AMEX).
Director of Marketing & Special Projects - Hotel Division (5/78 - 10/84)
Directed the marketing, advertising, promotion, and event activities for 27 hotels operated by Vista
Host, Inc., a sister company of McFaddin Ventures. Design, purchasing, construction supervision and budgeting, opening market
research, marketing planning and concept development for new and pre-existing units. company grew from 4 units to 27 during
my tenure.

To Improving Nightclub Sales". Co-authored, published, and sold two nightclub software packages known as Clubware. Developed
a complete consumer research system. Developed a complete QuickBooks-based accounting system. Board Member and contributing
author for Nightclub & Bar Magazine.
